This well-preserved specimen features 100% solid nickel fittings throughout, early production quality blade with 100% cross-grain factory finish present and only very light corrosion (see photo) near the tip.  Lettering crisp.  Grip is virtually perfect, eagle and grip rune perfectly inset.  Lower cross guard is group marked "I" and scabbard is anodized.  Scabbard screws undamaged, as is pommel nut.  This is an extremely early RZM production piece and bears the well-known "120/34" marking on the blade (I believe the factory that used this code is unknown).  This dagger grades "Near Mint" on most dealer scales.
