This is a decoration given in Gau Westfalen in 1939 to the "Alte Garde der NSDAP" (the old guard of the NSDAP=Gold Party Badge Holders). Many references online pertain to the event in which this decoration was bestowed. This example is in mint condition and housed in the original blue presentation case. Box shows very light wear which could be addressed to 'perfection' with the addition of some blue leather preservative.
