M42 helmet marked 'ET66' shows rough combat finish and retains its original corrugated iron strapping for affixing various camouflage materials, such as twigs, leaves, cloth, and other materials. The corrugated iron shows rust with some pitting and a break at the crown, as can be seen in the images. The helmet shows some surface rust to its finish. Liner is still present, showing some stitching breakage. Tongues are dry but intact. Chinstrap long side is present; buckle side is partially present. Lot number '2495'. Perfect for a combat display for a front line Landser.
