(Ehrenkreuz des Deutschen Roten Kreuzes). Instituted 6 April 1937 by Duke Carl Eduard of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha. (1937-1939 issue). This is a very high quality reproduction.  Perfect for dressing out a political or SS tunic, as these seem to be the kinds of people that received (and wore) them.
