Very few of these exist as factory specimens.  Those that are factory, command prices in the thousands.  More often, examples of a combined device award were period constructed by jewelers, as is the case with this one, from two original awards.  An outstanding specimen as typically constructed.  Pin is unmarked, and awards are held in place by a back-plate that is welded in place.  Great if you have a uniform that requires a medal of this type, not offered at a significant premium to the component parts.
