2 sided matted document is in double glassed frame so both sides can be seen. Page 1 notes it's a Schnellbrief and "Fristsache" (time sensitive) and has the receiving stampings of the Reichsstatthalter in Wien and features is a listing of all offices and personnel to whom this memorandum is addressed. There are a number of notations and initials done by the receiving office. The 2nd page refers to security pass controls in the area Böhmen-Mähren. The paper shows wrinkling and age.
