Description

Army officer's tropical field cap is made of tan cotton twill with piped top seam and front of false turnup. Machine woven tropical eagle is machine sewn to the cap with a zig zag stitch as is the machine woven cockade. Red cotton lining is marked only with the size 57. Ventilation grommets are the correct type. There is an oilcloth insert in the forehead area. Excellent condition showing only normal age.
