Description

Pewter plate or, more likely, ashtray souvenir of the Nürnberg party rally grounds. Around the plate is the city slogan "Hauptstadt der Reichsparteitage" and there are 3 relief images of the most famous party rally areas : the Luitpoldarena, Adolf Hitler Platz, and Zeppelinfeld, and one of the Nürnberg Castle. I have not been able to find a maker's marking. The pewter has darkened with age and the piece shows normal age and handling. Measures about 8 inches in diameter.
