Description
This is the first time in my over 30 years as a dealer that I have owned a set of matching LARGE gold party badges. Attributed to SA-Oberführer Robert Reinecke. Herr Reinecke is best known, as an Oberfuhrer, as being a member of the "People's Court" which was ruled by the Reich Minister of Justice, Dr. Freisler. One of the earliest party members, Reinecke joined the party in 1925! Comes with over 20 pages of research! Of interest is that one of the pins is the standard type with the safety-pin style attachment device. The other is a "military style" pin, but it has a VERY sharp point. This is a factory piece, and so the sharp point must have been so he could wear that badge either in a loop set on a uniform, OR on his lapel.
