Description
Blue-black smooth wool cap with red wool piping, government eagle and thin wreath and cockade. The cap is lined with a ribbed artificial silk and has lost its sweat shield. The Peküro-style ersatz sweatband has split along the velvet around the front of the cap but the band is still connected along the rear edge of the cap.
