Imperial (KuK- Kaiser and Koenig) Austro-Hungarian Infantry shako for a Captain with black leather storage case. Helmet body has black woolen fabric cover. Helmet has wide gold border with black central stripes, visor made of black patent leather and embroidered with shiny gold thread and set with golden cord. Frontplate is the double-headed Imperial Austrian eagle made of gold-plated metal, with “FJ1” field badge , inner lining made of silk fabric, light brown sweat leather. Leather chinstrap. Nice shako "transported" in good condition!
