German WWII Allgemeine-SS enlisted man and non-commissioned officer shoulder board featuring the traditional twisted black and white braid. Constructed with a metal button and black wool backing, it bears an intact Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) tag marked "B M4," verifying official SS manufacture and distribution by the NSDAP's quartermaster office. The shoulder board represents rank insignia for Allgemeine-SS personnel, distinguished by the black Waffenfarbe braid. Such boards were worn by lower ranks before promotion to officer status. The label confirms period authenticity and organizational affiliation within the Nazi Party's paramilitary structure.
