Manufactured by Ernst Moritz, Mindenhof as indicated in the lower right corner. Constructed of heavy gauge metal with enamel coating, showing typical rust at mounting holes and minor surface wear consistent with age. Designed for official use in Prussian civil registry offices during the Third Reich period, reflecting administrative signage standards of the era.
