This is a German Wehrmacht Panzer uniform with matching trousers. Most desirable color, featuring absolutely perfect materials throughout.  Bullion is phenomenal and highest quality.  Eastern Front medal ribbon is original to tunic, especially considering the history of the 30th regiment (see below).  There is some very slight wear to the bottom of the cuffs on the pants, indicating this uniform was used, and not abused.  

Panzer-Regiment 30 served as the principal armored regiment of the German Wehrmacht’s 12th Panzer Division during the Second World War. Formed during the expansion of Germany’s panzer forces in 1940, it entered combat on the Eastern Front with the launch of Operation Barbarossa in June 1941. The regiment fought with Army Group Centre during the rapid advances through Belarus and toward Smolensk and Moscow, suffering substantial losses during the bitter fighting and winter of 1941–42. It remained almost continuously on the Eastern Front thereafter, serving in a succession of offensive, defensive, and mobile reserve operations as Germany gradually lost the strategic initiative. By 1943 and 1944, its war had increasingly become one of retreat, as the 12th Panzer Division withdrew through the Soviet Union and into the Baltic states under mounting Soviet pressure. In late 1944, the regiment was cut off with Army Group North in the Courland Pocket in Latvia. There it continued fighting through repeated Soviet offensives despite dwindling men, equipment, and armored strength. The surviving elements of Panzer-Regiment 30 finally surrendered to the Red Army in Courland in May 1945, ending a combat history spent almost entirely on the Eastern Front.
