Adolf Hühnlein was a German military officer and early Nazi Party supporter who became the longtime leader of the National Socialist Motor Corps. Born in 1881, he served in the Imperial German Army before aligning with Adolf Hitlerin the 1920s. After the Nazi rise to power in 1933, he was appointed Korpsführer of the NSKK, overseeing its expansion into a large paramilitary organization focused on driver training and motorized transport. Under his leadership, the NSKK helped prepare Germany for modern, mechanized warfare by building logistical and transportation capacity. Although not a frontline combat force, the organization was an important support arm of the Nazi regime. Hühnlein remained in this position until his death in 1942. He was considered a loyal and functional administrator within the broader Nazi hierarchy.
This is an ORIGINAL Hoffmann Portrait. Outstanding for anyone who collects high-level insignia. Frame it in a silver frame, and it will augment an NSKK High Leader quite well! 99% PERFECT condition with only a 1/4 millimeter impact on the top right corner of the photo (hardly visible). Please note: Pen is present for size comparison only, and is not part of the offering.
