Yes, my dog carefully selected from a set of shoulder boards on my desk.  He hate one entirely (we found it in the "back end" after some play-time in the back yard - and NO I did NOT salvage the pip, which he DID eat, which made it all the way through.  I was able to locate the second one - yes, he went BACK to the desk and got the second one, as he got distracted, and left it in his bed for later.  I don't know if this can be repaired, but it's worth a try!
