German Army sword used during the Third Reich era. The sword is a standard pattern officer's dress sword featuring a distinctive dovehead-shaped brass hilt. The grip is wrapped in black material with brass wire, typical of this model. The scabbard is black and metal, The sword bears the maker's mark of WKC, a well-known German sword manufacturer. Overall length is 41 inches.  Scabbar d is straight with no dents, and ULTRA minor signs of age - paint grades 95% or better.  Polished blade is near perfect.  Heavy brass grip is nicely toned, and grip is perfect.
