Hat insignia of the type worn by an Italian General on a "Busbie" style cap.  Mussolini wore a similar eagle.  One impression on the bullion where something was rested on top of it (near the head).  Some people say these are original, others reproduction.  There aren't many out there.  I will sell this as an original, but please be aware of the controversy before bidding, as this should affect the end-price.  Priced low to start.
