Description

These are SS shoulder boards used by infantrymen of the Nordland Division. The letter "N" insignia identifies the Nordland Division, a unit composed primarily of Scandinavian volunteers. The shoulder boards feature white piping indicative of the infantry branch. Slightly darker color (with less soiling) beneath the slip-on cyphers.  Piping is white rayon.
