Nazi Red Cross Officer's Dagger, a ceremonial edged weapon issued to officers of the German Red Cross during the Third Reich. It features a polished steel blade with a distinctive tapered point and a textured metal scabbard.  Grip is flawless with slightly lighter color underneath the knot. Obverse pommel design is perfect.  Reverse is nearly flawless, with two microscopic breaks to the finish (not cracks in the metal).  Blade is literally perfect with 100% factory grain and no rust or damage.  Scabbard is perfect.  Knot is an ORIGINAL Red Cross Officer's knot in nearly mint condition.  It's been there since it's service time, noted by the slightly lighter color on the grip.  These daggers were introduced in the 1930s and worn by Red Cross officers as a symbol of their rank and service within the organization.
