Car Pennant for a Heer (Army) Officer.  Cloth construction, double sided.  The metal frame and bunting have been removed, possibly by the GI to make the pennant easier to stow. There are some rust spots where the internal frame began rusting and some damage to the field grey fabric in the rusted edge areas as can be seen in the photos.  Still a nice display piece to accompany an Army officer's dagger, or other such artifacts.
