Description

Original Third Reich Luftwaffe officer’s aiguillette, a formal insignia worn exclusively by officers serving as adjutants or on senior command and ceremonial staffs. Constructed of intertwined silver aluminum cords with correct weighted metal tips, this aiguillette was worn on the right shoulder of the Dienstrock or parade tunic to denote a special staff appointment rather than rank.  Near flawless condition.
