Description

This short model presentation bayonet is from the police school in the city of Bonn. The piece is constructed from an original police clamshell bayonet. It is a short officer's model, and has been heavily customized. Metal scabbard is leather covered, scabbard fittings are riveted in place. Blade etch reads Polizeischule Bonn, für Fleiß und gute Leistungen Lehrgang No 3, April 1928/1929, Polizeianwärter. Bayonet is in outstanding condition.
