High quality overcoat is converted from some other type of German military or state overcoat. Black wool body, pebbled buttons, military style rear belt. Armband is a decent copy. There is no collar piping nor tabs but there is a shoulderboard. Fully lined in artificial silk.  I believe this overcoat is the type sold (as a reproduction) by "Unique Imports" in Maryland during the late 1960s/early 1970s along with black tunics, LW uniforms, etc. Very good for a display.
