Description
Set of challenge coins representing WWII Medal of Honor recipient PFC Arthur Jackson. Marine Corps Pfc. Arthur J. Jackson was awarded the Medal of Honor while serving with the 3rd Battalion, 7th Marines, 1st Marine Division in combat against the Japanese on Peleliu Island in 1944. These came from a museum de-accession program. Jackson only died about 7 years ago, so these may in fact have been "his" challenge coins (who else would make them)?
