National Railways visor cap with its distinctive red wool top for a Station Master/Supervisor. This cap had insignia at one time which was subsequently removed, however the threads for attachment of the eagle are still mostly present, and the silhouette of the large winged Reichsbahn cap band insignia can still be seen. Maker marked by Peküro and retaining its sweat diamond. The ersatz sweatband shows typical deterioration due to the nature of the material. Not a common cap to find.
