Vulkanfiber body with police green wool, brown visors, trim, and top. The top has lost some of its glossy finish as can be seen in the photos. Correct 'plum' and police eagle & wreath. Interior of top is maker marked by Hans Römer. Leather liner is still in place and shows wear from use.
