Well-preserved specimen of a straight sword (degen) worn by an NCO in the SS. Overall length is 41 inches. Blade is nearly flawless, paint is 100% present with minor paint crazing and some slight rusting. Fittings are plated, and retain most plating with minor, consistent surface disruptions throughout. Pommel nut is cast with the SS Rune symbol. Manufacturer is Hermann Rath.
