This stunning Economic and Administration Central Office sleeve diamond would have been worn by an officer of the "Economic Enterprise Group." Regulations called for this diamond to NOT be piped, even for high ranking officers. Construction of this diamond is amazing. Shows slight soiling but no damage or wear. Bullion has muted over time to a matte-finish, but still retains a pleasing metallic hue.
