This is an extraordinarily rare kepi, being an original officer quality kepi complete with large format piping.  Piping is often added to Enlisted Rank kepis by collectors or dealers, but it's almost never done correctly ... this piping is part of the hat construction, and ties into the rear of the kepi.  Brown color designation combined with silver button and bullion piping denote wear by an officer of Westmark.  Body is constructed of a high quality ribbed wool, not the more commonly seen NCO wool or summer weight wool.  Interior denotes this kepi was made by the famous firm of Pekuro, who later focused on military visors.  Exhibits the early style eagle which was never upgraded to the later style eagle. This kepi was worn prior to the advent of RZM control of items produced by the party, as it does not (and never had) a tag.
