Paperbound book issued under the auspices of RFSS Himmler for the 1942 Wintersonnenwende (Winter Solstice)/Christmas/Weihnachten season and sent to the families of SS members. As can be seen in the photo of the index, there are songs, drawings and art, patriotic readings, historic remembrances, and much more contained in this volume, to include the SS candle holder (which would have been used during the solstice season). Shows typical age and handling and some yellowing to the pages.
